London Office : I realize that they are making steps backwards?

Unfortunately, No Justice regarding dealing with immigrants' files

I don't know why?

I know that if a Visa office is dealing with a group of files
there must be a standardized way in which they will deal
with the files however, i am realizing a biased actions for instance
I knew one from one Arabic Gulf country, dealing with London office
and got his visa and decision made within 29 months from filling his
file and another one with the same qualifications, passed more than
38 months and still now actions even no medical, i don't know
on which basis they are dealing with our files?????????????

Any one has an idea?

This Visa Office is working 1 day / Week and only 1 hr/ day

They are competing with other offices for which one is the slowest ever?
I think this office got the 1st rank regarding this competition WOW

Do not forget buffalo visa office.They are probably located out of the solar system i.e,it takes them ages to handle cases.

Buffalo is a thick headed animal as it is truly living to its reputation.

they are squeezing hundreds of dollars from us & still when they send any AOR or any letter by post, they send it by 2nd class (the cheapest delivery cost in UK) mail. they r pathetic.

i have one more incident to share in relation to London CHC:
a friend of mine submitted his application in April, 09.
in Feb, 09 London CHC called him for interview.
In interview the Immigration officer asked him ,''why u left ur previous job?''
my friend replied, ' i was made redundant during the recession''
the IO asked, 'what is REDUNDANCY?'
my friend asked the IO, 'what do u mean?'
the IO said, ' i don't know what u mean by redundancy?'
my friend was shock shelled after hearing that the IO doesn't know what is meant by REDUNDANCY.
he explained in other words to the IO the meaning of REDUNDANCY.

now, think if there are IO's who r dealing with our applications who doen't even know the basic employment terms how they can speed up the process or make quick decisions?

i feel sorry for myself, my friend & others who r dealing with London CHC (the most hapless CHC)
