Hi Guys

Royal Mail confirmed that the courier containing all the notarized documents were submitted to the London Office end of last month ( which was the 115th day out of the 120 days deadline). However, my status shows " Decision made" without referring to the courier which contains these documents.
The London office made their assessment just after the 120 days without the courier.
I emailed them with Royal mail confirmation of delivery and they say they have a backlog of applications to review of several weeks

I wanted to check if other guys on this forum have the same problem

Please advise.

Thanks

Sorry to hear abt that. 120 days is quite a good period to arrange ur docs. U should have hurried up on that. I had submitted on the 103/120 days limit. My advice to all is start arranging docs as soon as u send to Nova Scotia if u r positive abt the outcome. Except PCC as it has validity.
