I have read London visa office documents instructions.
I need advice from you guys.
1) IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS
• Birth, marriage, final divorce, annulment or separation certificates for you and
your spouse
I don’t have my birth certificate can I submit my notarized 10th Mark sheet.
2) CHILDREN’S INFORMATION (IF APPLICABLE)
•Children’s birth certificates (which name their parents)
I have one year old baby for whom only this birth certificate is
enough. And I have to notarized it or not
Proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that
the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court
What is that ?
3) TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS
• Passports or travel documents for you, your spouse or
common- law
Again I have to notarized it or not
•If you live in a country different from your nationality, include a
photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live.
Do I have submit visa copy of other countries also where I
have visited in past
4) EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
•Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical
certificates or diplomas; notarized it or not
•College or university documents: certification of completion
and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the
college or university and the evaluation committee;
notarized it or not
•Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted
in university-sealed envelopes.
I m the principle applicant do I have to submit my husband’s
transcripts also in original in sealed envelope if not possible
