Logging in to CIC

Hi,

just wanted to make sure this was not me, but everytime I log into CIC, it takes me about 10-15 attempts.

Every time I log in I might get to:

- Terms and coditions then back to homepage
- Security question then back to homepage
- Sometimes straight back to home page

Some instances I login and it says my session has expired, even though I haven't logged in that day.

Is this just me or does everyone get this?

yep. happens to me too. apparently it is a security thing, which is so weird!

I experience same thing every time I try to log-in. I'm able to access my account only after about 5+ tries. Any one has a clue on how to resolve this? Sent a complaint & after following the steps they said I should, the issue still persists.
