Log-in issues

Hi,

Has anyone had an issue where you go to log in with the GC key where you are taken in a loop and can’t get to your application?

After I’ve entered my details to log-in it repeatedly just takes me back to the page where you select English or French as the language. It does this at various stages too sometimes as soon as I click login, sometimes after accepting terms and conditions and sometimes after entering my memeorabke word. I’ve tried on various devices and have had the same thing where after logging in I’m put back to the general website to select a language. Has anyone had this issue?

There are two workarounds of this and both of them work (at least for me).

1- When you are taken back to the main page after entering your password, clear your browser's cache and try logging in again.
2- When you are taken back to the main page after entering your password, open another browser (i.e. I use google chrome and firefox), and log in from that other browser.
