@asivad anac.... I have couple of query with regards to LOE. I would be sending my application for OINP

I have around one year exp with a company which is closed now... i do not have the reference / experiece letter nor do i have the offer letter. All i have is the pay slips and a reliving letter which states period of my stay with the company.

Now do i submit an LoE on a plain piece of paper stating the reason along with my application. or should i wait for them to ask me questions and then send a LoE.

LoE has to be on a plain paper? or it should be an affidavit which should be notarized?

Would appreciate if you could provide any other advise which would be helpful.

LOE can be on a plain paper. No affidavit/notarization required. In the absence of a reference letter which mentions job responsibilities, you won't get any points for this work experience regardless of whatever supporting document and LOE you submit to Ontario.
