LOE for Q.13 - Citizenship Application

Hello, I will appreciate your advice for the LOE format and what to include as best wording. It is regarding question 13 in Citizenship Application as I want to explain that I do not have some dates due to missing of my very old passports since i will include al travels that i remember since born.

aren't you supposed to mention travel of only last 5 or 10 years?

I am totally confused is it since born or last 10/5 years. I need advice.

Like I wrote 2 you earlier I ended up including all the visas since the time I got the first one
