I am applying for Express Entry with a CRS score of 480. I've a question regarding LOE; how much detail should I provide, in LOE (and statuary explanation section) for a TRV refusal in the past (2011)?
Should it be limited to the declaration that yes, my Visa was refused or should I go into details such as how/why it was refused; I don't exactly remember the reasoning, it had to do with 1) I would not return back 2) family ties 3) and documentation lacks of authenticity; but I do remember VO didn't check off any of the inadmissibility or misrepresentation statements.
Please advise.
