LOE for Express Entry

Hello guys

I have questions regarding how to submit the LOE.

1. I have Explanations I want to provide on financial support, where the bank in Japan only wants to provide a balance reference letter instead of an account summary letter.

2. And since I mentioned my cured TB in the history form, I am wondering if I need to provide evidence and some kind of LOE there.

So what is the best way of giving LOE here? Put them all into Client Information under Optional Documents?
Or like for financial support, just include my LOE in that session?
