Hello, I need some advice…
I am in the process of filling in my PR application (using Express Entry, then I got nominated via Provincial Nomination Program). I use my bank as a sign in partner and I recently changed my debit card used for login. But apparently I can no longer access my IRCC account with my bank account - I’m asked to create a new account.
So I lost access to my PR application. I am also not able to link my EE or PNP applications. I can’t just open a new PR application either since it needs to be created on the IRCC side after looking at my EE score.
I have tried calling the customer support all week, have made close to 200 calls overall, no reply whatsoever. I can keep trying to reach them, but my deadline is coming up and I am wondering if there is another way to get my access back? Or someone who could help?
