I need URGENT advice or assistance.
I have received the ITA and am closing in on my deadline date on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
Through unfortunate luck, I have been locked out of my GCkey account due to a wrong entry in my security questions.
I need help, please. How can I swiftly unlock my account? Do you know if I can appeal my case if it is not opened by then?
I have already submitted my webform requests and called both the IRCC hotline and the GCkey hotline. They advised me on the web form, and some even advised me to create a new account. However, that would mean I lose my ITA, which is a significant setback for me. I have been waiting for someone from the IRCC tech support to help me for four days, but they were not fast enough, it seems.
