Locked cic account

My account is locked due to incorrect security answers to the identity validation section. I filled the web form in the IRCC website but I keep getting this email. It looks like auto generated email saying to try some suggestions and if there is still a problem to raise a complaint. Can someone guide me to unlock my account?
