Local Visa Office(LVO) for United States PR Aspirants

Hello friends,

I am an PNP-Outland Applicant with AOR date of Oct 31st. I am an Indian national working in Seattle on H1B and looking to move to canada in July 2018 if application gets approved w/o issues.

I wanted to check which visa offices processes the file of United states aspirants. Is there a single Canadian visa office which processes all files or they are divided among US East Coast/West Coast etc.

If you are in the US, your VO will be CPC-Ottawa I think. I'm in the US and confirmed where my application was.
