I thought you should expect to wait for a few months.suresure said:"Received" disappered a month ago, file transfered to local weeks ago, still no response, worried.
When will be the next step?
Too soon. There are people who wait up to a year for file to get transferred to local office.. So your file is already ahead many.suresure said:Sep, 2013
You applied in Sept 2013 and files have been transferred already...its really fast!suresure said:Sep, 2013
Only one person from november has written the test.suresure said:Many people from Oct.and Nov. already got test, so I am woriied.
Someone from november 2013 has already written the test? That is lightning fast!boasorte said:Only one person from november has written the test.
Most likely it sits in a pile and you wait until someone eventually looks at it. My file was transferred to the local office in July last year. I did not hear anything from them at all until I got the test invitation letter over 4 months later.suresure said:what will local office do when they receive the file?
I'm not sure what they exactly do. I don't think they will do another background check since I believe that is handled before the transfer. They will certainly double-check your residency obligations (make sure your made your 1095+ days, etc) since people have gotten an RQ after their file was moved to the local office.suresure said:what will local office do? do background check again?or wait for test?
