local office transfer. how could we learn?

I called CIC call center, the person said that my file is transferred to local office. But she could not give the transfer date and the received line did not disappear yet. ( I heard that the received line disappear means the file is transferred to local).

Are you learning the exact local office transfer date from call center? how can I learn the date?

Just make call again and ask to different agent. It really depends on agents you are talking to.

First time I called, I got the exact date of transfer from CIC agent.
However, since my received line did not appear, I just wanted to make sure the date is correct.
So Few weeks later, I made another call.
This time I talked to lady and she was really weird.
She told me that my application was transferred to the local office.
I asked exact date and she said "I told you, your application is transferred local office. Why do you need to know the date? And I kept asking her and got the date.

If they have information that your file is transferred to the local office, I think they should have the date as well.

Sure,
CIC received it first week of September. I cannot remember the exact date.
CIC processed since Nov 23rd
Transferred on Feb 14th
Received letter of test on April 1st
Test scheduled on April 28th
