hi, i need some opinion in my situation, I seek the help of registered consultant for the application of my lmo( Room Attendant)
It was sent aug9, 2011, and after 3 days aug 12, i was informed by my employer that they got a fax letter from hrsdc saying that the app was on preliminary screening and found out that its incomplete. saying that the third party rep, should filled up and signed the annex to the appointment of representative form, they already inform us the file# of my lmo app.we faxed the said application the following day.
My wrk permit will expire on the 27th of sept, is it ok to send the wrk permit app in vegreville if we havent receive the lmo decision?
coz, i was in a rush for i have a schedule surgery this coming october and i need to be on implied status, so that i can request for the extension of my alberta health care, while work permit is on process.
