Hi,

I came to Canada in Oct 2013 under LMO based Work Permit. My Work Permit expires on Oct 2015.
1. Can I apply in Express Entry under Canadian Experienced Class and claim 600 points for LMO (as positive LMIA issued for job offer).

Before the current job, I was working for an Indian IT company between 2010 and 2013. In 2011, I got LMO based Work Permit for one year. In that one year, I came down to Canada three times short term trips for 2 weeks, 5 weeks and 12 weeks.
2. In online EE application, under "Work History" section, should I have one entry for entire duration between 2010 and 2013 or separate entry for each trip I made to Canada in that Period?

Thanks.

All you need to do is ask for a permanent job offer from your employer and yes you can claim 600 points.

Hi. I am currently working for employer and have high-skilled position. But I can not expect that my employer will apply for LMIA but I have opportunity to gain it from another employer. My question is if is it possible? Could I work for my current employer while another employer will apply for LMIA? I only need LMIA supporting permanent residency=job offer because my work permit is valid till May 2016 so I do not need it. (Note- I have open work permit so before I did not need LMIA). I only need positive LMIA with job offer and then apply for permanent residency via Express entry. Please, could u help me? Thanks a lot. Appreciate each answer!
