LMO timeframe: PGWP

Hi aall
Was wondering if anyone received a negative/positive response after applying for LMO under post-grad and what is the timeline they went through. Also, plz provide your NOC

I haven't apply for LMO yet because my current employer thinks he'll be denied. Will eventually apply within ON

my boss just applied for LMO last week for me. they asked us to send some information about me like T4 slip , work contract..etc. my PGWP will expire in July while waiting for my PR. i dont know much about time line, but its not too bad i guess. hopefully i get renew my work permit before expire. i will let you know how it goes.

Probably take a coupe of weeks I guess.

I thought of starting this thread for PGWP holders who are applying or applied for LMO. want us to share timeline and experience after applying so it may help whoever is preparing himself to get started.

Mine is currently 4131, but got a promotion and thus my employer filed under noc4166... he faxed it all today May 20,2011.

hi guys

My boss finally agreed to do LMO after two months. I have less than 1 week left now and so we rushed to do the form yesterday. So, when we faxed it, he only put the form completed and signed; a copy of job description from his advertisment; i told him that he needs to add a copy of my pgwp to show my status.

But since returning home i have a feeling we should have put a letter and a copy of my contract.. hope I'm wrong cz we followed what Services Canada agent said to us on the phoone.

Plz confirm we did it right folks!!
