My employer has submitted the LMO 6 working days ago and Service Canada told me it takes 20 working days to hear back. Menwhile I want to go to the US for a holiday before my visa expires, can I still get back into Canada as a vistor? if I am unsuccesul in the LMO? I am afraid I will not be allowed back, incase they think I will work back here illegally. I know Irish citizens do not need a visa as a visitor for 6 months, is that correct?
