LMO stream working permit approved

Hi guys
I just received update on Mycic saying My application has been approved
And VAC emails me saying my passport is ready for pickup.
However, as I noticed, there should be an email sent by CIC to mycic account to instruct how to get working permit when entering Canada.

"If your application is approved, we will send you a letter and instructions on how to get the visitor visa, work and/or study permit you applied for.

This letter will be sent to your account."


I haven't received this kind of email yet. Does anybody in the same situation with me? How long shall I expect to wait?

If you have applied it online, you will be able to download it once you log into your account. Isnt it there?

No
I know it should be there but it doesn't
It suppose to be automatic once my visa is apporved
But I already get my passport back with visa on it and there is still no POE letter sending to mycic account
I sent an email to CIC but didn't get any response yet.
What if I enter Canada without the POE letter? Will I get refused?
