Hello,
I (US Citizen) was previously denied entry (March 5) to go and visit my boyfriend in SK (as I do not have a job and could not demonstrate ties to the US). The IO there suggested that I look into LMO as an option for my situation. I have found an employer willing to apply for a LMO for me- and already has one worker under a LMO.
My question is that now that I have an employer willing to do LMO... I still will need to demonstrate my leaving the country once my permit expires- but how? Especially since my passport is flagged from being previously denied for that reason?
Also- on the CIC website it says I also have to demonstrate financial capability of caring for myself and ability to pay travel expenses back to the USA- how much would I have to have to show that?
