LMO Query

Dear All,

I need some inform regarding LMO..

Pleas advise what is the current processing time for LMO?

Just couple of weeks before my employer posted the advertisement in job portal for my LMO. Since My wife is carrying so, any separate process is there to speed up the LMO..

MY wife can't travel so, if my LMO got rejected please advise what is the alternate way to stay and work in Canada???

There used to be an accelerated LMO category which is now ineffective and no longer processed. Current LMO processing times are highly unanticipated owning to many reasons including strikes at embassies, revised temp work permit program with greater scrutiny etc.

Lastly, other options if LMO is rejected depend upon what was your status before applying for this LMO. Were you already on a work permit which is expiring? I guess there is a 90 day grace period after expiry of legal status in Canada with in which you should have applied for another one. So technically that period should cover the situation you are currently asking about.
