LMO & PR

Hi guys,

I recently got offer from an employer in Ontario but he has to send for LMO. My employer will train me 6-8 months in Canada then I will work in overseas company. My question is can I apply for PR through Ontario PNP after working for a year with the Canadian company (both in Canada and overseas).

How long does it take to get Ontario PNP?
