My partner has been offered a job which is on the NOC list and we are unsure as to whether it would be quicker and easier for the employer to fill out an LMO and my partner obtains a temp work permit (to then apply for PR when in Canada) OR more straight forward for the employer to fill out an AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion)to support our PR application and wait. Which would be quicker and more straightforward.....We understand what is involved with an LMO but unsure how long we would have to wait for our PR with an AEO. Please someone help advise.
