Finally i get my positive lmo. So i have to options ..
1. go to boarders make U turn and take my work permit and
2. go back to greece and take my family and travel all together.

I have 2 questions in the 1st i will take my work permit but with what documents my wife and my kid will travel to canada? and what about her open work permit

In 2 option i believe that is better because she will take her open work permit immediatly with mine work permit in the city we first land.
What documents we will need in this case.

I have my lmo,job offer,job contract,passport

You did not post any details of your back ground.

NOC whether visa exempt country or not.

Any way i saw on you prior posts that your NOC is 7294. If that is correct it is probably a skilled job with level B

So, you are eligible for SOWP. Since being from Greece, your spouse (and kids for trv) is eligible for WP at the border.

1) Your spouse and kid would need a copy of your LMO and WP, job offer (if you are already working, a recent pay stub would help). Also proof of relationship for spouse as well as child.

2) Of course being together would help to get permits through. But i don't think there is any such legal need. At max if you try it yourself at border they would ask why didn't you apply inside of canada and came to border instead. This would not be the case if you are coming already from outside of Canada. However, i dont know of your prior status in the country.

Thank you. I will return for 2-3 days to greece and enter all together.
You are welcome - an important thing that i forgot to mention was about your kid.

If he / she is over 6 and school going - you should get an open study permit at the border. If younger - that would be equivalent of a multiple entry trv with no limitation of max stay of six months in a single visit. I don't really know the details of people who do not require a trv. But this is true for kids from countries who need trv to enter Canada.

In my case, my elder child (7+) received open study permit and multiple entry trv, where as younger ones (under 5) got trvs only.
