LMO near expiration while work permit/visa is on process

hi to all. i would just like to ask, my LMO will expire on June 14, 2012 and my medical results file were submitted to the Canadian Embassy (Manila) last May 21, 2012. I am afraid that my LMO is fast approaching its expiration and my i have no visa yet. what can I do? shall i notify my employer about it? will it alter my chance of obtaining a visa because of the date of my expiration of LMO? please reply those who know about this. thank you.

You're fine. As long as you submitted the complete application to embassy before the LMO expiration regardless how long the application processing time.
