1. You complain to CIC and Labour standards ministry in the Province.
2. You can remain in Canada until the work permit expires, but you can't work without a new LMO and work permit. Your spouse's OWP remains valid.
3. Read up on PNP Alberta: http://www.albertacanada.com/opportunity/immigrating/ainp.aspx

Thank you very much.
I have also one more question....which is the best and fastest way to take my wife her open work permit?
because I am in canada now....to apply online and to return to my country and take it in the boarders?
thank you

There is no other faster way. Either you apply online or you apply in your home country, in both cases it will be processed by your local embassy unless you already got trv for your spouse and she came along with you to Canada. Only then you could apply inside Canada and processing times of inside Canada would apply.

I am not sure what you mean by taking it to borders. Only people from visa exempt countries (i.e. those who do not require a trv to enter Canada) can apply for work permit at the border / port of entry. If your is one such case, yes you could apply for SOWP at the airport etc. Of course this is assuming that you have a NOC 0, A or B job.
