LMO/LMIA Explanation

I read in several places about LMO/LMIA but anyone could share their experience of having LMO/LMIA from outside Canada would be appreciated ? How to get it, NOC 1112. ?

LMO is Labour Market Opinion it is same as LMIA, Called LMO.

You cannot get am LMIA / LMO on your own. An employer needs to apply for one for you which is a fairly exhaustive process and not many employers are willing to that, especially for applicants outside of Canada.
