Can anyone tell me what occupations come under the lmo, I am a caregive in the uk but do it a live out could i do this as a lmo

LMO (Labour Market Opinion) is applied for Temporary Foreign Worker, including caregivers by the employer to show there is a need for the positions and no Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents applied or qualified. You can use your live out position as your experience to show you are able to do the job.

what i meant to say is can i apply with the lmo as a live out carer. Or does it have to be live in carer program only for foreigners

HRSDC approved positions (via the LMO) are usually "skilled" occupations (classified as skill level O,A, or B on the NOC matrix:

By care giver, do you mean:

If so, that is not classified as a skilled occupation, so not covered under the temporary foreign workers program. Llive-in caregivers have their own program. Different provinces have different programs, some have programs for less skilled occupations.

You can try but there is no shortage for live out caregivers. Lots of those who were previously live in care givers and had gotten their open work permits work as live out caregivers.
