HRSDC approved positions (via the LMO) are usually "skilled" occupations (classified as skill level O,A, or B on the NOC matrix:

By care giver, do you mean:

If so, that is not classified as a skilled occupation, so not covered under the temporary foreign workers program. Llive-in caregivers have their own program. Different provinces have different programs, some have programs for less skilled occupations.
