LMO - job start date?

Currently in Canada on a Working Holiday Visa which expires mid March.
I have a job in retail with a small company and my boss would like to keep me working there if possible and have started the mandatory recruitment process in order to apply for an LMO(she wants to keep me so it all seems a little silly) but hey.
What start date should she put in the job ads? Technically,I'd keep working there at least until my current visa runs out and she could list the start date as mid March? But in that case she would have lots of time to hire someone, seen through the eyes of Service Canada I'm assuming.
Can someone help me clarify this?
Also, need I work fulltime in order to receive the lmo and workpermit? I currently work closer so to partime but I haven't heard anything about having to work a certain amount of hours?
Just checking.

Thank you kindly.

1. Mid March or early March.
2. Yes the job has to be full time, minimum 37.5 hours per work.
