LMO & job offer in finance & accounting industry

I was just wondering, did anyone outside of Canada ever get Labour Market Opinion (LMO) and job offer from Canadian employer for a job related to finance or accounting?

Extremely difficult to do. As you know, in order to be approved for an LMO the employer must prove they couldn't hire a Canadian to do the job. There are plenty of qualified Canadians in these sectors (more people than jobs) and it's very difficult to get an LMO approved. Since it's very difficult to get an LMO approved, most employers in this sector (e.g. the big five banks) aren't willing to go through the LMO process and for this reason don't even consider foreign workers for open positions.
