LMO - Is there Lawyers that prepare job offers?

Hi there,

I am having a bit of difficulty with how to go about obtaining an LMO.

My employer that I was working for in Canada before my permit expired has said they would gladly take me back as staff.
I have sinced left Canada, and will be applying for this from New Zealand.

In regarding applying for an LMO, my employer has tried it in the past and its been rejected. This is putting them off trying again.
As its not exactly an easy process.

My question is; Is there Lawyers that can draft up, and essentially do the LMO for my employer then all they would have to do is
sign off on it? Therefore making it more likely to be approved my immigration Canada.
If so, is there any lawyers that anyone can recommend?

My understanding is this is something the employer has to do.

Also the employer has to prove they can not find a Canadian to the job. By listing it on the Service Canada web site and one other site for two weeks. They can not simply offer you the job because they like you. (although I'm sure that helps.) It has to be shown that it is in Canada's best interest to hire you over a PR or Citizen.
