LMO in Hotel front desk jobs?

I was wondering how most people got the LMO from outside of Canada. I seem to be finding a lot of jobs online but they said "You must be in Canada LMO available" so how to get to Canada on an LMO if they offer it only if your in Canada? I am out of Luxembourg in Europe. English is like my first language with 17 years in North America.

Employers don't really care about helping the foreign workers get jobs in Canada to come to Canada. They prefer to use their LMOs on people already in Canada because it's more expedient for them. Yeah, I know it sucks. They don't really care about us. Just keep trying.

Where have you found LMO jobs? All I have found is fast food restaurant cooks.
