LMO in British Columbia just not moving forward

Hi,

I would like to know if you know about the current processing times for an LMO in Vancouver, BC. I hired a lawyer months ago and we are still waiting for the call of the officer to the employer that is sponsoring me. The officer should have called 3 weeks ago, but still nothing. I read on the news that there are some kind of shortages of officers that see this things. Is this shortage real and does it affect the processing time of the LMOs?

I am going through with the same issue and delay of LMO. Need to double check about all the information told by my Lawyer.
