LMO for tfw & PR

We are waiting for lmo under NOC category 2174. If this is issued positive, I am planning to apply PR under FSW. As I am in India, positive lmo is required for FSW too. Here is my question.
1. I guess lmo is a paper issued by service Canada. Right? if that is the case, do I need(i mean my employer) to get two copies of lmo, one for tfw and another for FSW?
2. If service Canada issues 2 copies, how much do they charge for second one?

You just have to scan and print it Or copy that in the printer. They dont care if its photocopy or original dont worry. The only matters is the confirmation of the LMO.
