Hi everyone.. Just wondering, I believe that if an employer in Canada intends to directly hire me from here in Qatar, the employer would have to apply for LMO in Service Canada by first advertising it in the jobbank for 14 days, right? That is to prove that no Canadian Citizens or PR are interested on the job that needs to be given priority over Temporary Foreign Workers.
My question is: There could be a lot of Canadian Citizens and PRs who qualify for Registered Nurse position in Canada, could that mean that I have a slim chance on having an approved LMO?
Did someone encounter this? a TFW who got an LMO for nursing position? I hope there are... That could somehow give me hope in pursuing. God bless us all...Thank you in advance for all your responses
