By profession i am a retail manager in a building and construction industry. I come under NOC code 0621 or 6211. I am looking for a job opportunity in retail industry. As per conditions if i would have valid job offer from canadian employer, this can make my chances more brighter to get canadian residency.

My question is how would i find companies or employers who can provide LMO to foreign workers like me ?

jobbank.gc.ca . Every company which put adds there is probably doing it to get lmia approval. Try to find one which suits to you, prepare your resume and other necessary paperwork and e-mail it. You can also try to call them. Easiest way. Can take a lot of time and you must know it's not easy now because of recent changes to immigration policy. Good luck.

PS. Ignore sites like kijiji.ca - there is a lot of bull*** out there.

Do you have any friends? Family members here? They could try to help you find a company with lmia. If it was a year or two ago it would be much easier.

If you have good education and experience try with EE.
