LMO for Authentic Cook to extension work permit

I'm a Thai cooks My work permit will expire on May 2010 too.
Do I need a new LMO with same Employer for an extension for work permit ?

Yes and your employer must show proof of advertising and recruitment efforts before s/he applies for your LMO.
