LMO Expired : Please help

Hello Everybody

I need some advice from you all. Please help if anyone could.

I am working with an employer who has pre-approved LMO. My work permit is expiring in one month and my employer was ready to help me with LMO. I tried to apply online through my cic. But due to some problem I could not apply on time. Now the LMO has been expired on 28th of december and I could manage to apply by 30th dec. Can someone help me to know if there would be any problem with that. And what should I do in that case.

You need a new LMO. The LMO must be valid when you apply for the work permit. Otherwise the work permit is going to be refused.

Buddy... its very unfortunate.... most likely your application will be refused. In the meanwhile try to get another LMO approval....
