LMO Exempted Skills/Trades

Hello friends,
I have been searching online to find out which skills/trades are exempted from LMO but couldn't able to find much info.
Specifically, I would like to know if Welder and Chef/Cook skills need LMO or not in Ontario or any other province.
I would appreciate if someone can provide some info on this.

Yes - a welder and chef/cook needs an LMO.
