We have an LMO in process the employer and I signed on April 25th, 2013 and today is July 12th, 2013and so far no answer. We are in Portugal waiting.
We have an immigration lawyer doing this whole process for us, but I called the lawyers office today and the assistant told me that the employer sometimes doesnt always get a call from HR&SDC and I wanted to ask if you anyone believe thats accurate? Because I really didnt think HR&SDC wouldnt call and just make a decision without speaking with the employer, is that possible?
The assistant also told me that the lawyer has a list of people he is calling HR&SDC to ask about the approvals, and that he would ask about our status. Does that sound right?
So far we have been waiting 2 months and 2 weeks roughly.
