It's from Saskatoon as a chef

Pls tell me about my visa approved chance how much

An LMO is just one of the many requirements.

Even if you have LMO it does not mean your visa will approve right away. They have to assess your qualifications too, your ties in your country, criminal background.. etc.

My experience from australia
I have some property on my name cost $70000
I have $ 10000 my account
No creminal recods

But I don't know how I will prove my tie with back home if u can kindly help me how I will show my family tie

the property under your name is a good proof that you have ties in you country.

Do a search on forum and you will find lots of comments about Proof of Ties. Spouse and children is a strong one. Positive travel history also. Employment in home country showing you have good prospects for a job on your return. Good luck.
