My employer's LMO and appeal for LMO got declined with a reason: "Not enough efforts to hire canadians".
Can someone please tell me if there is a better way of applying the LMO?
How can we show that we made enough efforts to hire canadians?
The positions we want to apply the LMO for is Graphic Arts Technicians and Graphic Designers/Animators
PS. we are including the ad we posted in Jobbank and Kijiji
