hi there,
in march 2012 i applied for Quebec CAQ/LMO to extend my work permit which expired 31.July 2012.
by the time we reached the end of my "term", a new law has been "created" at the beginning of june or july, saying that i don't need anymore the caq/lmo, i just need my CSQ for Perm. Residency etc. and my work permit will be extended.
My LMO/CAQ didn't show up so close to the expiry date of my WP, and, the application even came back unprocessed (after 5 months!!) because there were documents missing, the fees were paid, but they are lost anyway due to the new law....
anyway, i couldn't apply for my new WP online, i kind of freaked out, found suddenly this law, and went fast fast to the border and got my WP extended for another year. Done.
The Question: Should i withdraw my application? or just leave it, and they will not look at it again, if i don't write back....(because i already have my new WP, so , whats the point...)
It just bothers me, knowing this thing is still hanging in the air, they might even see already that i have a new WP...
