LMO BASED WORK PERMIT APPLICANT IN EE.

hi guys, i got ita with 952 points on tuesday(16th draw). I am uploading documents under cec and need some advice who already submitted their files. Please connect here.
1) Duration on my job offer was 2 years and thats y i got 2 years of bonded work permit with the company.
that means my job offer is not permanent work but it is for continuous, full time and at least 1 year.
2) Letter of employment: should i told my employer to state me an offer of indeterminate work ???

Did you get the additional 600 points for your LMO or PNP?

You need to have your Offer of Employment Letter for permanent, non-seasonal and full-time. If not it´s not going to work.

For PNP you don´t need that, but the PNP Nomination get you the 600 points.

Be careful with this as someone got rejected as their offer of employment was for 2 years, their reference and Employment letter stated they were full time etc. but I think the officer this person got just wasn't interested.

My offer letter states as long as I'm legally entitled to work (or something like that).

offer of employment: when i got hired, my employer gave me job offer saying full time,non seasonal, continuous and duration of employment 2 years.
letter of employment: it says full time, non seasonal, continuous and indeterminate duration if you got accepted as PR before your work permit expires. ( my work permit is expiring on july 2016).

You should get a new offer letter stating that the position offered to you is permanent. This document in addition to the employment reference letter will fetch you 600 points.

ok i got it.
i have one job offer given to me when i got hired by my employer. The date on that letter is june 20 2014. And now my employer gave me another job offer last week saying the job is permanent after you obtain your PR status.
my question : which job offer letter i gotta upload? old one or new??
