Hello everyone!

First of all I would like to thanks for the great information here.

I got my positive LMO after my Director battling with SC for the last 2 months. My PGWP is expiring July 25 2013.
Long story short, i JUST submitted a work permit renewal (IMM5710E) Application BUT i didn't noticed i picked Open Work Permit instead of Other - Temperory Work Permit. My LMO is positive for a period of 2 years and from what i read online Open Work Permit is only for those who are applying for P.R or have PNP.

I also just found out that from the forum that changing from PGWP to Temporary Work permit DO NOT count as implied status, which means I will have to leave Canada by July 25, 2013 if the new work permit not issued. Since the strike is still on going i really doubt the permit will be process within 20 days . . .

So, my questions is :

1) Is there anyway I can edit my IMM5710E file that i submit and transmitted (i paid the fee)?
2) Now that I put down as Open Work Permit and not Other - Temporary Work Permit am is my application gonna get refused?
3) Is it true that once my PGWP expired on July 25,2013, I will not be in implied status (my new work permit application is submitted with positive LMO)?

Thanks ..

I am really really worried now, maybe i should start looking at the flight ticket.
