I'm hiring a live-in caregiver for June 2010. But I'll find one who is already in Canada under the live-in caregiver program. I want to fill out a LMO now because it takes 2 months to process. But I don't know who I am hiring yet. Can I leave the employee field blank?
I'm worried that if I find someone now and fill out the LMO in her name then she decides not to work for me or finds another family, I'll have to start the process all over again.
