LMO after work permit is expired

Hi, I need help about my situation.
My work permit will be expired on Dec, 2nd. My employer already applied LMO about two months ago, but still in progress.
Is there any legal way to stay in Canada until LMO result if LMO result is not clear before the expiration day.
I searched a lot but couldn't find solution.

Apply for WP immediately, you will then be in "Implied" status which is legal to stay in Canada, however, if you dont receive the LMO result by the time the WP is processed, then you will most likely to get "refused" for WP extension, after which you have no other choice except to leave the country. If you do get LMO before the WP is processed, you could provide them the LMO approval for getting your WP extended.

apply for a restoration if your workpermit is already expired. you can stay here for 90 days after the day of the expiration of wp and you can wait your lmo. after you received lmo you can apply for a workpermit then

apply for a restoration if your workpermit is already expired. you can stay here for 90 days after the day of the expiration of wp and you can wait your lmo. after you received lmo you can apply for a workpermit then

You forget one important part. Even if you apply for restoration of status, you are not allowed to work in this case until they have issued your work permit.
