Hi Guys,

I was told that you can be granted a TWP thru the LMO for up to 2 years. I have lloked at the LMO application form with my employer and we cannot find how you ask for two years.....or is at the discretion of HRSDC??

Thank you for any help!

If I'm not mistaken, it is based on the contract.... When we submitted the application for LMO, my contract is only 12 months (I chose 12 months myself), but when SC phoned my employer for almost 3 years if he wanted to change the contract to 24 months... my employer said yes.... so when I received my LMO its valid for 2 years and same thing with TWP...
