Thanks a lot for your clarification, I also believe this to be the caseNo. That is to support your EE application for the 50 points. Also I believe the employer didn’t have to pay a processing fee of $1k to apply.
Ask your employer to reapply, pay the $1k, and fill out the paperwork proving no Canadian or PR could be hired. Thanks a lot for your clarification, I also believe this to be the case
Is it LMIA exempt? If so how are you eligible? If LMIA exempt, you can't count the points.Hi @Naturgrl my company is currently applying for the 2 years GSS LMIA work permit, once the approval is out can I add the LMIA to my EE profile to claim the 50 points before landing in Canada?
Once you have an approved LMIA from your employer then you can use the points. Then you apply for a closed work permit if you want to work in Canada if you are waiting or will not get an ITA. If your score is around 480 you may get an invite whenever draws resume. Assume your employer is proving no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you.@Naturgrl it is not LMIA exempt
Always some chance but you certainly shouldn't count on it.any chances that CEC low score will continue in 2022 and 2023?
